Project meeting of ZERAF at Ingpuls Smart Shadings

The 18^th and 19^th of April 2024 we met for our project meeting at Ingpuls Smart Shadings. Ingpuls Smart Shading is our project partner focused on the research & development of smart shading devices actuated by shape memory alloys (SMA). They are developing innovative actuators for ZERAF facade so that our technology can modulate the heat transfer of buildings with the least number of mechanisms possible!

The meeting was held in Bochum, where the project partners could see Ingpuls manufacturing plan, as well as the prototypes Ingpuls Smart Shadings are developing for the project. This was extremely useful to ultimate the last details in our prototypes’ design.
