ZERAF invites real‑estate professionals, investors, developers, building owners and building asset managers to a dedicated workshop at REbuild Riva del Garda to explore how adaptive façade technologies can support new models of living and create value in real‑estate assets.
📅 12 May 2026
🕒 14:00 – 15:45
📍REbuild – Riva del Garda Congress Centre
Loc. Parco Lido, 38066 Riva del Garda (TN)
The workshop introduces ZERAF, an adaptive opaque façade technology that actively manages heat flows, transforming the building envelope into a dynamic building system. Results from laboratory testing and building‑level simulations will demonstrate how adaptive façades can reduce energy demand, improve indoor comfort, mitigate overheating risks, and enhance the long‑term value of real‑estate assets.
The goal of the workshop is to support the market uptake of adaptive façades by testing the ZERAF technology against real investment criteria, operational constraints, and asset‑management requirements. The discussion will focus on early‑adopter opportunities in both new‑build and retrofit scenarios.
Participants will be invited to discuss performance, risks, and value‑creation aspects, providing feedback that will help align the technology with real‑estate decision‑making processes and market expectations.
Registration for the workshop, including free access to the event, is available by contacting:
